If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your order under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This is commonly known as the "Right of Withdrawal" or "Cooling-Off Period." In most cases, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day withdrawal period. Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will normally have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Returned items should be sent back in their original condition where reasonably possible and with all included accessories and documentation.

After receiving the returned goods, or evidence that they have been returned, we will process any eligible refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds will generally include the cost of the products purchased and, where required by law, the standard cost of the original delivery service. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. These exemptions can include personalised or custom-made items, goods that have been made to the customer's specifications, sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, and other categories excluded by applicable legislation.

The Right of Withdrawal applies to consumers purchasing for personal use and does not generally apply to business-to-business transactions. This policy does not affect any other statutory rights that may be available to you under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
