Shipping policy
Prior to shipping, each item is quality checked and inspected thoroughly for any potential damages. We promise not to ship any item that does not meet our high standards of quality, so any damage to the posters will not have been on our end and it will be assumed the damage was done during removal of the print from the tube. Should you have any issues with an item upon arrival, please contact hello@cellardoorgallery.com.
We aim to get all parcels sent out within 14 days with products that are in stock. However, delays can occur. We endeavour to update you as much as possible, but will not refund delayed orders.
All items purchased from us are made in accordance with a shipping contract. Whilst all items are quality checked prior to leaving our possession, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or delays that occur during the shipping/delivery process. When purchasing from our store, you acknowledge the risk of possible loss, damage or delay of your item during shipment from the courier to you. We will do our best to accommodate in this situation, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a replacement of your product.
We cannot offer combined shipping at this current time on Posters. We can however, offer combined shipping on T-shirts and Pins.
You may be subject to customs charges when you receive a product from us, these are completely beyond our control and we are under no obligation to compensate you. You should always check customs charges prior to purchasing a product.
If you miss a delivery and the product is returned to us, prior to re-stocking, we will contact you to see if you still want the item. You will be responsible for any shipping or customs charges should you want the product sending back to you again. If you refuse to pay for shipping again, you will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.
